Please join us for a day enjoying the forest and grounds at Land of Medicine Buddha. You will be introduced to Buddhist heart practices (the Bramaviharas), along with Taoist qigong theory and practices. We will offer guided solo wanders on the land to gather our heart fire medicine. Then, through council, we will explore how to bring these practices to our families and friends.
