New SCZC Zoom Policy Requires Name if Camera is Off

In order to maintain security for our Zoom gatherings, the board has decided names are required to be used in Zoom if your camera is not on.

If your camera is off and your name is not displayed, you will be removed from Zoom for security reasons. If your camera is on, it is not necessary to display your name.
