Earth Care Actions Nov - Dec

Easy Earth Care Actions.  Each month, your Interfaith Dayenu Circle will be encouraging you to take a few quick actions that will benefit our planet and future generations. Please note that these actions are being done across many faith organizations in Santa Cruz County, and you are part of a large interfaith effort! 

Here are 3 easy ways you can make a difference:

1. Reach Out to Heal Our Division. I sent this letter to my family this week, and have received beautiful, positive responses from my family members who have quite different political views than my own. Feel free to use any of this for your own letters. 

2. Action: Tell Bank of America to Stop Financing Deforestation. Sign Here. Industries destroying the rainforests — primarily for soy, beef, palm oil and wood products — are financially supported by banks. Tell Bank of America: Don’t finance deforestation! 

3. Learn: Big Oil knew monster storms were coming. We have the receipts. Internal documents over the last 45 years reveal the fossil fuel industry has long known their products would supercharge extreme weather.
