Dear SCZC Sangha Members,

Please fill out our official pledge form for 2021-2022. If you've been steadily supporting our Sangha over time you may wonder why we go through this exercise every year! Here's why:

  1. It's a way for our Treasurer to create a budget for the next year, based on knowing rather than guessing you are still wanting and able to support SCZC.

  2. It's also a good time to revise the amount of your pledge if your circumstances have changed for any reason.

  3. It's a way for you to update any changes to your contact information (or verify no changes) so we can effectively stay in touch

We appreciate all you've done for our Sangha, via your financial support and in any way you've volunteered your time to sustain Warm Jewel Temple, our Practice Leaders, and the Dharma passed down to us through generations of ancestors. We hope you will begin or renew your membership for the coming year.

There are two categories of membership:

Sustaining Members ($40.00 or more per month):

  • After one year of membership, you automatically become a voting member and are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.

  • Full use of our library to check out books and other media.

Discounts on classes, sesshins, and other center activities.

Contributing Members (any amount less than $40.00/mo or $480/yr)

  • After one year of membership you automatically become a voting member and are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors.

  • Full use of our library to check out books, tapes, and CD’s.

All members’ contributions are equally and fully valued. To complete your membership pledge, please COMPLETE the PLEDGE FORM electronically through THIS ONLINE FORM. Then:

  • Online payments can be made through the 'donate' link on our website

  • OR you can mail, or drop off checks to the donation box at: Santa Cruz Zen Center, 113 School St., Santa Cruz, CA 95060.
