This month, we will continue with the teachings about the Four Great Endeavors: preventing and abandoning the unwholesome, cultivating and maintaining the wholesome.
We will continue the study of the Foundations of Mindfulness (body, feelings, mind, & objects of mind) through the inspirational poem known as ‘Song of the Trusting Mind’.
Specifically we will investigate the relevance of these teachings to our collective need to heal the wounds caused by racism and social division.
