This series is designed to support you to establish and develop your Practice to understand the foundational teachings, to participate in both formal and informal practice opportunities, and to study the personal and the cultural facets of the Soto traditions. Each session will include a physical practice, a conceptual inquiry, and an application in daily life.
This recurring class is on the third Thursday of the month, 6:35-8 p.m. No prior attendance or commitment is necessary. This month we’ll focus on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness and their intersection with the Four Great Endeavors.
