Cooking lesson and 6 pm meal (come for one or both)
The meal will be an Indian dal with vegetables and dessert.
All food will be plant-based, and gluten-free options can be made available
Join Sangha members for a plant-based meal together, learning new cooking techniques, sharing recipes, and socializing. A plant-based diet is an easy and nutritious way to reduce one’s carbon footprint. This event springs out of dialogue in our monthly EarthCare group.
The first hour will be a cooking lesson and demo. But feel free to come just for the meal at 6 pm. Please be sure to sign up either online or on the bulletin board so we’ll know how much to cook. A donation of any size will be gratefully accepted.
